How do I get my disc repaired?
Ordering is simple – just add the service to your cart. If you have multiple discs to clean, adjust the quantity to match the number of discs you’re sending.
Once you’ve placed your order, post your discs to Frame-A-Game HQ and we’ll take care of the rest!
How should I send my discs to you?
We recommend not sending your disc in its original case, as cases can easily get damaged in transit. Instead, send the disc on its own in a protective envelope or mailer that prevents bending, you can also use an older case that can take some hits whilst in the mail. This helps keep your disc safe and ensures a smooth repair process.

What's the turnaround time?
Most disc repair jobs are completed within 2–3 working days and returned to you via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. If you’d prefer extra peace of mind, you can upgrade to a signature-required or guaranteed delivery service at checkout.
How do you send the disc back?
We use specially designed sleeves to securely hold a single disc. Each one is then placed in a rigid hardback envelope to ensure maximum protection in transit. If you send you disc in a case, we will send it back in that, too!
What makes your service different?
There are plenty of disc repair services out there, but many leave behind swirl marks, a clear sign the disc hasn’t been properly restored. At Frame-A-Game, if the result isn’t mirror-like, it doesn’t pass our quality control. We aim for nothing less than a flawless finish every time.
