Frame-A-Game is run by a single person. My name is Kirk. I operate at 110% all of the time and you can find out more about my business and me here.
I've just ordered, how long until my frame arrives?
You should allow 10-20 working days for me to process your order before dispatch. You'll be notified when your order is on it's way to you with tracking info. During busier periods like Christmas this can be longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
I ship to the United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. See the full list here. If I don't ship to your country, please drop me a message and I'll see what I can do for you.

Yes, Frame-A-Game is IOSS registered as of 16 January 2024.
What about customs fees/taxes?
Frame-A-Game is IOSS registered. The price you see is the price you'll pay for all orders €150 or below. For orders above this amount, please note you may be subject to customs fees and/or additional taxes on your purchase.
Please check with your local government/tax authority for more information.
What is a front mount?
A front mount is a piece of mount board cut with an aperture (essentially a square/rectangular hole) that sits right behind the glass. This frames (😉) your media even more than just the frame itself but focusing your attention to the media within.
A front mount comes standard on all frames except Expo and Combined Range where you can upgrade your frame to include this. Display Case Range frames don't include a front mount at all.
This isn't an essential upgrade to have but it certainly helps elevate your frame to the next level.
Do you make custom frames?
I do indeed! Get in touch with what you're after and I will be happy to assist you however I can to meet your requirements.
What games are supplied in your frames?
I use PAL games as I'm based in the United Kingdom, which means the artwork may differ from other regions around the world including NTSC counterparts. The artwork of the game case you see is the version provided, if you have any doubts though, please get in touch before purchasing.
Are the games you use genuine?
All games are 100% genuine with original sleeves, discs/carts and usually manuals, too! I source the best conditioned discs available on older games but due to the second-hand market I cannot guarantee their condition will be immaculate. Please bear this in mind before purchasing.
Can I send my own personal games to you to frame?
You can indeed. Just contact me for details on this one however please note, there isn't usually a need as all my frames offer the ability for you to easily insert your own game.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you're not over the moon with your purchase, all you have to do is send the frame back within 30 days of purchase and I will offer you a complete refund. Please note, postage costs are not reimbursed when returning any frames and I am unable to offer refunds on personalised products including frames with personalised plaques.
I've bought a framed game but it has been cancelled, what happened?
I check the prices of individual games as the market changes on a regular basis, however in the unlikely event a game's market value price drastically increases that I haven't been able to identify before you purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the order and give you a full refund.
