Processing times

All products are made to order, so please allow 2-4 business weeks from the date of purchase before dispatch. Each frame is carefully handcrafted to ensure the finish and quality you'd expect from a piece made to last.

We always aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, and we're confident it'll be worth the wait once your favourite game takes pride of place on your wall.


Delivery

All orders are fully trackable with Royal Mail/Parcelforce Worldwide from the moment they're dispatched. Please allow 1-3 working days from dispatch for delivery within the UK (if you're ordering from outside the UK, please allow extra time for your frame to arrive).

If you're based outside mainland UK, your order may be subject to additional charges such as customs fees or import duties. We'd recommend checking with your local tax authority for guidance on importing goods from the United Kingdom.

Delays

Occasionally, delays can occur once your order is with the carrier, and unfortunately this is outside of our control. While we understand delays suck, we're always happy to help however we can.

If your order appears to be delayed, we'd recommend contacting your local carrier first for the most up-to-date information. For example, our U.S. customers should get in touch with USPS, who handle parcels once they arrive in the U.S., before reaching out to us.


Is Frame-A-Game IOSS registered?

Frame-A-Game is IOSS registered, so all applicable EU taxes are collected upfront, on every order regardless of value. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, full stop. No customs bills or hidden fees, and most importantly...no delays at the border. Your order simply arrives.
