A message to our U.S. customers: We're working around the clock for you

We know times are uncertain right now, and we deeply appreciate your patience. Here's what’s happening and how we’re ensuring you’re taken care of every step of the way.

US sales paused, but only for now

Due to recent U.S. tariff changes, we’ve temporarily suspended new orders from the United States. These changes stem from the Trump administration's recent order to apply tariffs to goods being imported to the U.S., including from the U.K. which is currently set to a 10% tariff.

We’ve got a plan for our existing U.S. orders

While U.S. sales are paused, any U.S. already placed orders are our top priority:

  • All recent U.S. orders will be fulfilled and dispatched by Saturday, August 23, 2025, ensuring delivery prior to the tariff escalation.

  • This means we're pulling forward orders scheduled for later fulfilment, including those intended for late September, to deliver as promised and avoid any disruption in your experience.

  • This should not affect orders purchased prior to the 29th August, however to ensure no unwarranted surprises we wanted to accelerate our U.S. orders

What we’re doing behind the scenes

Our team is collaborating closely with logistics partners and shipping carriers to ensure:

  • A smooth transition in delivery timelines.

  • Rapid dispatch of existing orders to beat the tariff changes.

  • A path forward to resume normal U.S. sales and shipping soon.

We’re doing everything we can to mitigate these external challenges and prioritize your satisfaction.

How long until U.S. sales resume?

We’re actively working to resolve the tariff-related issues as swiftly as possible, with hope and expectation that business operations will return to normal soon. We promise to keep you updated via email and our website as soon as U.S. purchasing is restored.
