A quick update on EU orders

If you're based in the EU and were about to place an order, I want to be upfront with you before you get to checkout: I'm pausing new EU orders for the time being.

This is down to the EU's General Product Safety Regulation, which sets out new requirements for anyone outside the EU selling physical products to EU customers. That includes appointing an EU-based Responsible Person, getting proper risk assessments done on every product line, and making sure labelling and documentation are all in order.

I'd rather get this right than rush it. Every frame I make is going out under my own name, so I want to be certain the paperwork behind it is as solid as the product itself. Right now I'm working through appointing the right teams and getting the technical documentation sorted for the whole range.

If you're a UK or US customer, nothing changes. Orders are running as normal.

Thanks for bearing with me. This is exactly the kind of thing that's easy to overlook when you're running a small operation on your own, but it matters, and I'd rather deal with it properly than pretend it isn't happening.
