After a little break, I am thrilled to say that Frame-A-Game is officially back open for business!
It feels really good to say that. Although the online store has been closed, over the past three months, I've been quietly rebuilding behind the scenes. Not just the site, but also the way Frame-A-Game operates, with a focus on improving how you experience everything from browsing to delivery. I've taken the time to reflect, refresh and return with a few new upgrades that I hope you're going to love.

A Fresh New Look (and a Smarter Experience)
You'll notice that the Frame-A-Game site looks a little different and that's completely intentional. I've been busy revamping pages, updating imagery and streamlining the way you move through the buying journey. It should now be easier than ever to find exactly what you want, customise your frame and place your order.
Right now, you’ll find a smaller, curated selection of core products available to buy. That's not because I'm scaling back, it's quite the opposite. I'm starting with the essentials so I can focus on delivering the best possible service whilst I get back into the swing of things. Behind the scenes, I'm refining processes, reconnecting with customers, and making sure that every order gets the attention it deserves.

While I Was Away: Innovation in Progress
When I temporarily closed the site, it gave me time to start tinkering away in the background. I've been working on some brand-new innovations and products, and I can't wait to share them with you.
I've been sketching, prototyping, and experimenting with some fresh new product concepts that will push what Frame-A-Game can offer. Some small upgrades to existing favourites, and others are completely new directions, allowing you the customer to have more ways to showcase your favourite games.
These new releases are getting closer to launch, so keep your eyes peeled 👀 as the next level is coming soon!
Frame-A-Game Is Expanding: Operational Support Incoming
Now for the real exciting bit!
For the past three years, I've been managing Frame-A-Game solo. From designing each range, assembling, packaging, and shipping every single frame by hand. It's been an amazing experience, but as demand has grown, and with my much needed time off, it's become clear that to keep offering the level of service and craftsmanship you expect, I need to expand.
That's why I'm happy to announce that I'm currently in final talks with a trusted company to bring operational support into Frame-A-Game.
This isn't just about outsourcing. It's about finding the right people who share my vision. This partner will help with the production side of things whilst upholding the same attention to detail and handmade feel you know and love. Each frame still needs to be lovingly crafted, and that's not changing.
With this dedicated team in place, it means that I'll be able to offer:
- Faster responses to emails and messages
- Frequent updates and engagement on socials
- More collaborations with like-minded individuals and companies
- Shorter lead times from order to delivery
- And more importantly: space to develop new ideas and custom pieces
