Easily order the service by adding to your cart. If you want multiple discs cleaned, adjust the quantity accordingly. Send your discs to Frame-A-Game HQ once ordered, and we'll take care of the rest!

How should I send my discs?

It is recommended not to send the disc in its case as it may damage the case during transit. Please send the disc on its own in a secure suitable envelope to prevent bending.

Please note: it is your responsibility to send the disc safely. Frame-A-Game isn't liable for any damage to your disc prior to receiving it.

Expected turnaround times?

Once received at Frame-A-Game HQ, your disc repairs will be expertly handled and completed in 2-3 working days. Then swiftly returned via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Service, however additional mailing services are available if you'd prefer extra security.

How are the discs returned?

We have sleeves specifically made for a single discs that fits perfectly in a hardback envelope for shipping. 

What sets this service apart?

Numerous disc repair services are available, but many leave swirl marks that do not result in a truly repaired disc. If the outcome lacks a mirror-like finish, it will not meet Frame-A-Game quality standards.
