Important Update: U.S. Pricing & Shipping

We know the past few weeks have felt uncertain, and we want to thank you for your patience and continued support as we navigate these changes together.

What’s changed

Due to the U.S. government’s recent decision to apply new tariffs on goods imported from the U.K., our products are now subject to an additional 10% tariff. This is outside of our control, but rather than pass on hidden costs to you later, we’ve made an upfront adjustment.

From today, all products shipped to the U.S. will include a 10% price increase. This ensures we can continue delivering our frames without disruption while being fully transparent about what you’re paying.

The good news: no surprise fees

To make this as smooth as possible, all U.S. orders will now ship with Prepaid Duties and Delivery Paid (PDDP). That means once you’ve placed your order, you won’t be asked to pay any unexpected customs or import fees when your frame arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price, full stop.

Why we’re doing this

Our goal is to protect your experience. We know nothing takes the shine off a new frame like being hit with unexpected charges or delays. By covering these tariffs directly and switching to PDDP shipping, we’re ensuring your frames arrive on time and hassle-free.
