A Change to EU Customs is Coming. Here's What It Means for You.

A Change to EU Customs is Coming. Here's What It Means for You.

From 1 July 2026, the European Union is introducing a new flat-rate customs duty of €3 per item on all goods shipped into the EU with a value of €150 or less. It applies to non-EU sellers and is part of a broader EU Customs Reform designed to level the playing field between overseas and domestic retailers, as well as crack down on fraudulent undervaluation of parcels.

In short, millions of small parcels that previously entered the EU duty-free will now carry a €3 per-item charge. You may start seeing other retailers pass that cost on to their customers.

We won't be doing that.

Our prices are staying exactly as they are. No surcharges or adjustments and defintely no quietly inflated shipping rates to compensate. What you see is what you pay.

And there's something else worth knowing. Every Frame-A-Game order valued at €150 or less is fulfilled in a way that means no surprise fees waiting for you at the door. No customs bills, no carrier admin charges, no import taxes chased after the fact. Your order arrives cleanly, with nothing left to pay. That's something you won't find with most framing companies, especially the ones who like to claim they are the cheapest, where the sticker price is only the beginning and additional fees at the border have become an accepted part of the process.

We don't think that's good enough. Your experience shopping with us should be seamless from the moment you check out to the moment your frame lands on your doorstep, and that's exactly what we've built.

The rules are changing. Our commitment to you isn't.
