Temporarily extending lead times
Hi folks,
I’m excited to share some personal news—Miss Frames and I are buying our first home and will be moving this week!
Although there’s a lot to handle behind the scenes (like packing, unpacking and the dreaded cleaning 😒), my Frame-A-Game customers remain my top priority, and I’m committed to continuing to provide the best service possible.
I don’t want to close the store, even for a short period of time, so instead, I’ve decided to keep it open and temporarily extend lead times to 30 working days from Monday 9 September 2024 to Monday 30 September.
What does this mean?
You'll still have full access to all the amazing products on the Frame-A-Game store and can continue placing orders without any interruptions. However, to ensure I can dedicate the necessary time to fulfilling these orders, there will be a few minor adjustments during this period.
- I won't be offering custom orders like bespoke frames.
- Sourcing any games that aren't listed on the site.
I've already ordered, how will this affect me?
If you've already made an order prior to this announcement, please rest assured your order will be fulfilled on or before the date estimated when you ordered. To check when your estimated delivery date will be, please login to your account with the email you ordered with to check the status of your order.
Ordering for a specific date?
I understand that you might need to place an order for a specific reason, such as a birthday or special occasion. In these cases, please reach out to me at hello@frameagame.com before placing your order with the specific date, and I’ll let you know if I can fulfil it in time.
What's next for Frame-A-Game?
Once Miss Frames and I are settled in our new home and I have arranged my office and my new workshop. I will then reduce lead times and there might be a few surprises as well.
In the meantime, I just wanted to say thank you for your understanding and continued support.
