2024: A Frame-A-Game Year in Review

Hey folks,

As we say goodbye to 2024, I feel it's the perfect moment to reflect on what has been a remarkable year for Frame-A-Game. From exciting new product launches to expanded collaborations, I've made significant progress in improving the service for gamers, media lovers and developers alike.

Here's a look at the milestones that made 2024 a standout year for Frame-A-Game.

Expanding product options

Customers mean a lot to me, and as a fellow gamer, my aim is to deliver something for every type of gamer by ensuring each customer feels a sense of pride every time they look at their frame. With this in mind, I continually work hard to provide a wide range of products that appeal to all tastes and preferences, ranging from the latest releases to beloved classics.

2024 has been a busy time for Frame-A-Game. Not only have I introduced new titles across various game genres for the supplied frames option, but I have also launched or reintroduced the following ranges and products:

  • The Duo Range
  • Use Your Own Game Trilogy Exhibition Range
  • New Combined Range (now known as simply The Combined Range)
  • Display Case Range
  • Expo Range
  • SteelBook Art Range
  • Metal Gear Solid Manual Range
  • Controller Frame Range
  • Windows PC Range
  • SNES & N64 Game Range
  • CGC Comic Book frames
  • Magnetic plaques
  • Full Sleeve Range
  • Trilogy Case Range
  • Movie frames
  • Vinyl Frames
  • Additional CD frames
  • Dreamcast Exhibition Range

UV protection as standard

This year, game preservation became even more of a top priority for Frame-A-Game. Keeping customers in mind, I made the decision for all products to now include 99% UV protection as a standard feature, because when displaying media, glass serves as the first line of defence!

I take immense pride in this feature, knowing how valuable your games, movies, music and trading cards are to you. So, if you plan to place any future orders, rest assured that with Frame-A-Game your media is ALWAYS protected!

Trade show events

One of my biggest achievements this year was attending two major exhibitions.

In March, Frame-A-Game made its debut at the Insomnia Gaming Festival #i72 (R.I.P.) held at the NEC Birmingham. The stand featured an impressive collection of framed games celebrating gamer's favourite titles and the response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising Frame-A-Game for its creativity and unique idea. It was a fantastic experience connecting with fellow gamers, exchanging stories and sharing our mutual passion for the gaming world.

In July, Frame-A-Game attended its first developer expo, Develop:Brighton. This event was the perfect platform to present my work to potential clients, connect with industry professionals and build valuable relationships with developers who have worked on some of the most beloved games throughout the years. It was also a pleasure to meet past clients in-person, and hear firsthand their team's reactions upon receiving their frames.

Collaborations

The support from this community is truly incredible, which is why I make it a point to give back as much as possible with special giveaways. This year, not only have I given away countless signed games, but I have also teamed up with amazing people working in the gaming industry to bring followers an epic set of framed game giveaways! These include (but not limited to):

  • Halo 3 signed by Marcus Lehto
  • Final Fantasy XVI signed by Ben Starr and Koji Fox
  • The Last of Us steelbook signed by Frank Tzeng and Erick Pangilinan
  • Kingdom Hearts wooden art game case crafted by Pigminted
  • PS5 controller designed by GOAT Customs

And these are the ones I'm allowed to talk about! 😉
