How do I get my disc repaired?
Simply order the service by adding to your cart. If you'd like multiple discs cleaned just change the quantity to match the amount of discs you intend to send.
Once ordered, send your discs to Frame-A-Game HQ and the rest is down to us!
How should I send my discs to you?
It is advised not to send the disc in its case as you'll risk damaging the case in transit. Instead it is better to send the disc on it's own in a suitable envelope that'll mean it can't bend.

What's the turnaround time?
Most disc repair jobs will be completed in 2-3 working days and sent back via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.
How do you send the disc back?
We have sleeves specifically made to hold a single disc which will be popped into a hardback envelope before shipping.
What makes your service different?
There are many disc repair services out there but many will leave swirl marks on the disc which isn't a truly repaired disc. If the result isn't mirror-like, it won't pass Frame-A-Game quality control.
Disclaimer: Frame-A-Game is not liable for any damage to the disc before or after a repair has been completed. The disc cannot be guaranteed to work after the service has been used. As not all discs can be repaired, refunds will not be accepted on irrepairable discs.
